The FCA has published the findings of its multi firm review on Risk Management and Wind Down planning.
AFEP members will be delighted to see that the AFEP Good Practice Guidance covers the issues raised and as such there shouldn’t be any big surprises. However it is important you read the review and it may be useful to undertake a gap analysis for a belt and braces approach.
We will be hosting a webinar with the FCA in early October once firms have had the opportunity to review their processes against the publication.
