Just a reminder for firms that now we have officially 'Brexited' firms should be certain they are licensed appropriately with the required permissions to conduct business with EEA clients.
It's important to note that the Temporary Transitional Power (TTP) and the Temporary Permission Regime (TPR) has been put in place by the UK government to allow firms based in the EEA to continue to passport INTO the UK for a limited period.
This is not a reciprocal arrangement and DOES NOT give UK firms permission to service clients in an EEA jurisdiction.
