The FCA have recently published a Dear CEO letter to retail banks for AML failings (you can find it on the member portal).
Whilst we note that this in't our sector, we believe it's prudent for firms to be aware of failings that other sectors maybe having in respect of AML.
Given the recent AML Good Practice Guidance AFEP have launched, this is a good time for firms to check their controls.
